Q: Do you provide cleaning supplies?

A: Yes! We will bring all supplies and equipment needed to provide service, however if you would like us to use supplies you have on hand we would be more than happy to.

Q: Do you use green friendly products?

A: If requested we will use only green/organic products for a very small additional fee or you may provide such products at your own cost.

Q: Do you clean carpets or strip & wax floors?

A: Yes we do. Please contact us to discuss rates.

Q: I have pets, will that be a problem?

A: Absolutely not. My Aide Cleaning Services is a very animal friendly company. We can work right around your pets.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards online through Paypal, checks and cash. Payment is due upon completion of job before we leave your location. Regular customers may pay us monthly after we've built a relationship.

Q: What type of scheduling do you offer?

A: Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one time cleaning.
